will offer exciting and effective ideas how video and media can
support biology learning by providing clear examples of Biological
themes suitable for the curriculum of students, and great ways
that students can use cameras autonomously and collaboratively
to enhance their learning.

unemployment is a major issue all over Europe. Especially young
Deaf looking for a job or career training have to deal with large
barriers on their way. S4H aims to improve the opportunities for
Deaf young people in the labour market. S4H focuses on companies,
organisations and Deaf young people. We portray Deaf role models
and companies with Deaf employees. Young people share tips and tricks
for successful communication in the workplace and important signs
for everyday working life. We develop workshops for companies and
provide an overview of relevant service centres for labour market

for ALL - Video for language learning
A European project that will bring together all current methodologies,
ideas and innovative practices to teach and learn languages using
digital video. It will provide innovative practices to teach/learn
languages,by integrating digital video as a basic tool for a more
multidisciplinary and multiple literacy understanding of language

Vidusign
- Creative video for the deaf
ViduSign is a 2 year European project that will
explore the creative use of video production for the young Deaf.
It will investigate how video can support creative discovery and
problem-based learning using a multiple communication approach.
It will work transversally, across different countries, to help
young Deaf people, aged 15 to 24, in their education and vocational

- A new approach to education using the arts Mission - To build creativity in to every aspect

Description - ‘ARTinED - A new approach
to education using the arts’, is a significant European Union
funded education project that has designing innovative methodologies
to add the arts and creativity into primary schools as a key component
of every school subject.
ARTinEd has created a methodology and an
in-service training course for teachers and authority curriculum
experts to enhance European teachers’ knowledge and confidence
in using the arts in their daily teaching and use resources from
schools across Europe. The methodology has been based on piloting

and multi-cultural diversity of Europe immigrants and bilingual

Description - The “Multilingual Families” project is

and culture of the 47.3 million immigrants living in the European
Union and the many families with parents with more than one language.
These people represent a linguistic treasure house for Europe and
one that must be preserved to enhance the linguistic and multi-cultural
